Terms of Service
These terms cover the fixed-price services sold on cloudthrift.io ("the service"). CloudThrift is operated by Abhijeet Mahadik, sole proprietor, Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we"). By buying, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A one-time fix pack: a written list of cost findings with suggested commands, settings or code changes, based only on the data you send us. Products: the AWS fix pack and the AI API bill fix pack, each $299 USD unless the page says otherwise.
What you send us
Billing or usage exports and, for the AI fix pack, a few sample requests with private data removed. Do not send passwords, access keys, API keys or personal data about your customers. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
Delivery
We deliver by email within 48 hours of receiving complete data. See the Delivery policy.
Your responsibility for changes
We never access or change your systems. You decide which fixes to apply and you apply them. Review every change, test it outside production where sensible, and keep backups. Savings shown are estimates calculated from your data. Actual savings depend on your usage and on what you apply.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, downtime or data loss arising from changes you apply.
Confidentiality
We keep your data confidential and use it only to prepare your fix pack. See the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
