Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CloudThrift (operated by Abhijeet Mahadik, Pune, India) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your name, email and company name, when you buy or email us.
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment provider Razorpay. We never see or store your card number.
• The billing or usage exports and sample requests you send for your fix pack.

How we use it

Only to deliver and support the service you bought, to send your receipt, and to meet tax and legal record-keeping duties. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use your files to train any model.

How long we keep it

Your exports and sample requests are deleted within 30 days of delivering your fix pack. Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Tools we use

Razorpay for payments, Zoho Mail for email, Cloudflare for hosting. If we run ads, the ad platform may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a purchase.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing abhijeet@cloudthrift.io. We reply within 30 days.
