Delivery Policy

CloudThrift sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically.

How delivery works

1. After payment you see a page with instructions and receive a confirmation email.
2. You email us your export files.
3. We email your fix pack within 48 hours of receiving complete data.

Delays

If we need more data or cannot meet 48 hours, we tell you by email the same day. If we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund.

Where we deliver

Worldwide, by email. We currently serve businesses in the United States and United Kingdom.
