Refund and Cancellation Policy
Savings guarantee
If the yearly savings estimated in your fix pack add up to less than 3x the fee you paid, you get a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will check the numbers with you.
Before delivery
You can cancel any time before we deliver your fix pack and get a full refund. If you have not sent your data within 30 days of payment, we will refund you in full.
After delivery
Apart from the savings guarantee, a delivered fix pack is not refundable, because the work has been done. If something in it is wrong or unclear, tell us and we will fix it at no cost.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.
